Eligibility Criteria
International applicants (no Singapore citizens/PR or expats studying in Singapore)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with excellent academic records
Demonstrated research interest and potential
Proficiency in English (IELTS/TOEFL as required)
Two strong academic/reference letters

Application Process
